Diese Krankheit kann zu schweren Symptomen wie Erbrechen, blutigem Durchfall, Lethargie und Dehydratation f\u00fchren. Der Test basiert auf einem immunochromatographischen Sandwich-Assay mit lateralem Fluss. Dieses Testger\u00e4t verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber zwei Testfenster, von denen jedes eine unsichtbare T (Test)-Zone und C (Kontroll)-Zone enth\u00e4lt. Wenn eine Probe auf die Probenwells auf der Kassette aufgetragen wird, flie\u00dft die Fl\u00fcssigkeit seitlich \u00fcber die Oberfl\u00e4che des Teststreifens. Wenn die Probe ausreichend CPV Ag oder Giardia Lamblia Ag enth\u00e4lt, erscheint in dem entsprechenden Testfenster eine sichtbare T-Linie. Die C-Linie erscheint immer nach der Aufbringung der Probe und zeigt ein g\u00fcltiges Ergebnis an.
