Ce test est bas\u00e9 sur un dosage immunochromatographique \u00e0 flux lat\u00e9ral de type sandwich. Le dispositif de test comporte deux fen\u00eatres de test, chacune contenant une zone T (test) invisible et une zone C (contr\u00f4le). Lorsqu'un \u00e9chantillon est appliqu\u00e9 dans les puits de l'\u00e9chantillon sur la cassette, le liquide s'\u00e9coule lat\u00e9ralement sur la surface de la bandelette de test. Si l'\u00e9chantillon contient suffisamment de CPV Ag ou de Giardia Lamblia Ag, une ligne T visible appara\u00eetra dans la fen\u00eatre de test correspondante.
