Elle est caus\u00e9e par le parvovirus f\u00e9lin, qui attaque principalement les cellules en division rapide de la moelle osseuse, de la paroi intestinale et des tissus lympho\u00efdes. Les sympt\u00f4mes de la panleucop\u00e9nie f\u00e9line peuvent varier mais incluent souvent de la fi\u00e8vre, de la l\u00e9thargie, une perte d'app\u00e9tit, des vomissements, de la diarrh\u00e9e (qui peut \u00eatre sanglante) et de la d\u00e9shydratation. Le dispositif de test comporte deux fen\u00eatres de test. Chaque fen\u00eatre de test poss\u00e8de une zone T (test) invisible et une zone C (contr\u00f4le). Lorsque l'\u00e9chantillon est appliqu\u00e9 dans le puits de l'\u00e9chantillon sur la cassette, le liquide s'\u00e9coule lat\u00e9ralement \u00e0 la surface de la bande de test. Si suffisamment d'antig\u00e8nes de FPV ou de Giardia sont pr\u00e9sents dans l'\u00e9chantillon, une ligne T visible appara\u00eetra dans la fen\u00eatre de test correspondante. La ligne C doit toujours appara\u00eetre apr\u00e8s l'application de l'\u00e9chantillon, indiquant un r\u00e9sultat valide. De cette mani\u00e8re, la cassette peut indiquer avec pr\u00e9cision la pr\u00e9sence d'antig\u00e8nes de FPV ou de Giardia dans l'\u00e9chantillon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"flex
