The Accudoctor Test for Canine Coronavirus (CCoV or CCV) is a usefull diagnostic test used to detect the presence of canine coronavirus antigen in feces or vomit samples of dogs. CCoV is a virus that primarily affects the digestive system of dogs and can cause symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, and general discomfort. The test has the advantage of providing specific information about the presence of the virus in the dog’s gastrointestinal tract, which can be useful in the diagnosis and management of the disease

Canine coronavirus (CCoV) is a highly contagious viral infection that affects dogs worldwide. The virus primarily affects the gastrointestinal tract and can lead to symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, and dehydration.

CCV Ag Rapid Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test device has two testing windows. Each testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample wells on the cassette, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enough CCV Ag in the sample, a visible T line will appear in the corresponding testing window. The C line should always appears after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the cassette can accurately indicate the presence of CCV Ag in the sample. The test includes two tests, all the necessary accessories to carry two test out and instructions in 5 languages.
