The Accudoctor Urine Tests Strips for Dogs and Cats for dogs and cats are useful in identification and as a preliminary step before initiating broader tests to achieve a more accurate diagnosis. The color of the test pads will change upon reacting with the residues and concentrations present in the urine sample. The detect detects 11 parameters in animal urine samples: Leukocyten (LEU), Nitriet (NIT), Urobilinogeen (URO), Eiwit (PRO), pH, Bloed (BLO), Soortelijk gewicht (SG), Keton (KET), Bilirubine ( BIL), Glucose (GLU) and Ascorbid Acid (ASC).

Nitrite	0.05-0.1 mg/dL in urine with a low specific gravity and less than 30 mg/dL ascorbic acid.
